Dennis Bazilevych

Speaker's Bio

Dennis Bazilevych is the Head of Government Relations at Nova Global and serves as a senior GR advisor across the NOVA Group of Companies (Nova Post / Nova Global). He oversees the organization’s government relations strategy and leads regulatory and market-expansion initiatives as the company grows internationally.

A seasoned expert in government relations, lobbying, and public affairs, Dennis has extensive experience advising commercial and non-profit organizations as well as international technical-assistance programs. His work focuses on trade and industrial policy, technical regulation, Industry 4.0, logistics and infrastructure, and supporting companies entering foreign markets.

Before joining NOVA Group of Companies (Nova Post / Nova Global), Dennis served as Director of the Professional Lobbying and Advocacy Institute, where he contributed to developing Ukraine’s model for lobbying regulation and advancing best practices for transparent advocacy. He previously worked in Ukraine’s public sector, including as Deputy Head of Department in the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine.

Dennis has also held advisory roles with the GIZ Project in Ukraine, specializing in technical regulation and industrial policy, and has contributed to the implementation of the EU - Ukraine Association Agreement in the field of trade. He is the co-founder of Industry4Ukraine and has been involved in multiple initiatives promoting industrial modernization and economic development.

Earlier in his career, Dennis gained U.S. legislative experience as an American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow, completing a placement in the office of U.S. Representative Tim Walz.

Dennis majored in International Law and International Public Law at Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

Dennis plays an important role in shaping NOVA’s global expansion, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and advancing modern, transparent public-policy practices.
