Valery Krasovsky, CEO and Co-Founder of Sigma Software Group, has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He co-founded Sigma Software in 2002 and has led the company since then - first as COO, from 2014 as CEO, and since 2025 as Group CEO. Under his leadership, Sigma Software has grown from a small business with a few European clients into a global group of companies with over 2,000 professionals, delivering high-quality IT services across 30+ countries to clients such as Volvo, AT&T, SAS, Formpipe, Scania, and other leading brands.

Today, Sigma Software Group represents a comprehensive ecosystem that brings together companies with diverse expertise, its own educational platform, an investment wing, a venture fund, a defense accelerator, a portfolio of innovative products, a business association, and two charitable foundations. Through Sigma Software Labs, the Group has invested in over 25 Ukrainian startups in areas such as cybersecurity, data, and defence technologies. The Defence Builder program, co-founded in 2024, has already accelerated 15 battlefield-proven innovations, supporting their transition to market and strengthening Ukraine’s defense tech ecosystem.

Over the past years, Valery has dedicated a significant portion of his time to representing the Ukrainian IT ecosystem at numerous business and political events worldwide, including the Ukraine Recovery Conference (London, Berlin, Rome), Uncharted Summit (New York, USA), AUSA (Washington, USA), WebSummit (Lisbon, Portugal), OurCrowd Global Investor Summit (Jerusalem, Israel), Techarenan Stockholm (Sweden), Gitex Africa (Morocco) and others.
