Mr. Jean Cloutier is a Vice President-International Operations at Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. and a Member at Canadian Institute of Actuaries. He is on the Board of Directors at African Reinsurance Corp., Branksome Hall, Advent Capital (Holdings) Ltd. and Gulf Insurance Group KSC. Mr. Cloutier was previously employed as a Vice President-Actuarial Services by Lombard Canada Ltd., an Actuarial Analyst by Provident Insurance Ltd., and an Actuarial Assistant by The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Co. He also served on the board at Northbridge Financial Corp. and Advent Underwriting Ltd. He received his undergraduate degree from Université Laval.
